The Signing Ceremony of the Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) between Maybank and the Association of Maybank Class One Officers (AMCO) was held on 18 December 2025 at Menara Maybank, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

 

During the ceremony, Puan Mazhatulshima Mohd Zahid, Group Chief Human Capital Officer, Maybank, delivered encouraging and supportive remarks. She acknowledged the efforts and contributions of employees and emphasised the importance of maintaining cordial industrial relations between employees and management in supporting the company’s growth.

Tuan Haji Zainurin bin Zainal Abidin, former President of AMCO, highlighted the dedication and commitment of AMCO leaders and members in building trust and working collaboratively with management to ensure employee welfare and a decent workplace for Maybank employees, in line with the company’s plans and actions.

Approximately 130 guests were present at this significant ceremony. The MoA was signed by representatives from both parties as follows:
