UNI MLC membantu pekerja pekerja  PAPARICH yang diberhentikan kerja semasa Covid 19.  

Sdra. V.Mathialaghan dari UNI MLC  telah mewakili mereka di Perundingan Bersama di Jabatan Perhubungan Perusahaan Selangor.

Alhamdullillah kesemua pekerja tersebut telah mendapat pembelaan terbaik dan mereka semua dibayar pampasan.

Watikah perlantikan telah di sampaikan oleh YB Datuk Seri M.Saravanan, Menteri Sumber Manusia  pada 15.06.2020 bertempat di Menara PERKESO K.L.

Salam Takziah









Assalamualaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh.

Adalah dengan   sedihnya di maklumkan bahawa Naib Presiden Union Of Postal Clerical Workers (UPCW) Pos Malaysia Berhad, Sdra. Zailan Aman Shah telah kembali ke rahmahtullah secara mengejut pada 13hb Jun 2020.

Syukur Alhamdulliah semua pemimpin pemimpin UPCW yang di ketuai oleh Sdra Haji Mohd Effendy, Presiden UPCW  telah membantu keluarga allahyarham bagi pengurusan jenazah.

Presiden dan Ahli Majlis Tertinggi UNI MLC menyampaikan Salam Takziah kepada  seluruh ahli keluarga allahyarham.

Presiden UNI MLC Datuk Mohamed Shafie BP Mammal menyifatkan Allahyarham adalah  seorang pemimpin yang cukup mesra dan disenangi oleh sahabat-sahabat dikalangan UNI MLC. Jasa jasa serta pengorbaan Allahyarham akan tetap dikenang.

Semoga rohnya di cucuri rahmat dan ditempatkan dikalangan orang orang  yang beriman.

UNIMLC 1ST VIRTUAL VIDEO CONFERENCE ON 5TH JUNE 2020

UNI-MLC had the 1st virtual Video conference today 5th June 2020 and more than 50 leaders from affiliated unions participated in the virtual zoom meeting.
Your Solidarity greetings was conveyed at the beginning of the Virtual Video Conference meeting .

The main issues  discussed in the meeting:
  • Work from Home arrangements during COVID-19 pandemic covers the following sectors : Finance , Postal  & Logistics, Commerce, Media and Entertainment, Gaming, Telecom(ICTS), Graphical &  Packaging, Property & Services and, UNICARE.
  • Job loss, retrenchments, VSS/MSS and Pay-cuts involving members from various sectors which has reached critical stages.
The leaders agreed that the issues arising have  become very critical and needed  concerted action by UNI-MLC  to raise it with the managements and the industrial Relations department of the Ministry of Human Resources Malaysia .

The meeting agreed to hold a workshop specially to address the issues which arose during Covid 19 Pandemic

  • Closure of businesses
  • Terminations
  • Retrenchments
  • Downsizing
  • VSS/MSS

These issues will be debated fully and an action plan will be drawn to move forward.
