The signing of the first Collective Agreement (CA) between Rengo Packaging Malaysia SdnBhd and Rengo Packaging Malaysia SdnBhd Employees Union for the year 2016 to 2018 took place on the 22^nd of February 2016 at 4.00pm at Rengo Packaging Malaysia SdnBhd, Subang Jaya, Selangor.

Mr ToshinobuSada, the Managing Director and also MsZawina Ahmad, the Human Resource and Admin Manager of Rengo Packaging Malaysia SdnBhd represented the company while Rengo Packaging Malaysia SdnBhd Employees Union was represented by the President of the Union, BroAzuwan bin Zoukepliand the secretary, BroAmri bin Abtar, witnessed by Bro Mohamed Shafie BP Mammal, the President of UNI-MLC.

This union was organized under UNI-MLC, UNI-Apro and UNI Graphical and Packaging sector and has become the first industrial union.
