The objectives of this course are:-

1. To establish   UNI-MLC   Youth   &   Women   Leadership   for   2012 – 2014 term
2. To discuss on innovations and cooperation of the unions for building and rebuilding the strength of Youth & Women Division in UNI-MLC affiliated unions
3. To plan the Strategic Objectives and Actions Plan for Youth & Women Committee 2012 – 2014
4. To share the knowledge on Organizing and Campaign Techniques
