𝐔𝐍𝐈-𝐌𝐋𝐂 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐞 𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠- 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲, 𝐒𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭 & 𝐈𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩
On 29 November 2025, the UNI-MLC Executive Committee Meeting was held by the UNI-Malaysia Labour Centre (UNI-MLC) together with affiliate union presidents, secretaries, UNI-MLC Executive Committee members and 70 leaders at Restoran Pelita Nasi Kandar, Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur.
The meeting was chaired by Datuk Mohamed Shafie BP Mammal, President of UNI-MLC. In his opening remarks, on behalf of UNI-MLC, he expressed his sincere appreciation to all committed members and leaders for their presence. He also acknowledged their dedication, contributions, and leadership in advancing UNI-MLC’s trade union and organising efforts across Malaysia. He emphasised that unity, solidarity, and collective commitment are vital to achieving the shared objectives of the Malaysian labour movement.
The meeting was fruitful and conducted smoothly through the impactful discussions focused on reinforcing transparent leadership, strengthening collaboration among affiliates, and reviewing strategic priorities for the upcoming term.
The gathering brought together the full UNI-MLC Executive Committee leadership and members, along with representatives from various sectors, demonstrating strong unity and shared responsibility. Their active participation enabled meaningful and powerful discussions, contributing to informed decision-making for the advancement of the trade union and labour movement.
We(UNI-MLC) firmly believe that the solidarity, support, collaboration, and mutual understanding among UNI-MLC Executive Committee leaders and members will continue to strengthen our collective efforts.
