On 17th December 2023, “Leadership Seminar” was held between DHL Global Forwarding (Malaysia) Sdn.Bhd. Workers Union, DHL Supply Chain (Malaysia) Sdn.Bhd. Workers Union & Ninja Van workers Union in penang, Malaysia.

30 trade union activists and union leaders from DHL Global Forwarding, DHL Supply Chain and Ninja Van participated in this seminar to make this event successful.

This seminar was chaired by Datuk Mohamed Shafie BP Mammal, president of UNI-MLC and he expressed his sincere appreciation and gratitude to all participants for their presence and precious time in this seminar. He explained the purpose of this seminar is to build the strong and effective leadership capacity and increase the Leadership Skills & Trade Union Awareness among union leaders and members to drive forward the trade union movements in DHL Malaysia and Ninja Van respectively. He guided and advised trade union leaders on improving Organising Skills and Negotiations skills for Collective Agreement throughout this seminar. He also believes that many leaders can be benefited by gaining practical experiences and young leaders can be inspired through this “Leadership Seminar”.
