UNI-MLC Youth & Women Workshop and Conference was held on 17th October 2015 at Pos Malaysia Auditorium in Kuala Lumpur. 

More than 100 participants from Youth & Women attended this workshop and conference.

The main topic discussed at this workshop was:

1. To increase the awareness of leadership.

2. Public speaking and self confidence.

3. To develop the philosophy of Smart Partnership.

4. Technic and strategy of organizing the unorganized groups.

5. Collective Bargaining.
