Tamil Dailys “Malaysia Namban” and “Makal Osai” carried the news on the picket by more 700 workers of Continential Sime Tyre PJ Sdn. Bhd. Employees Union (CSEU).

The union members picketed to protest against the companies action to deduct 2 days from their leave for the 4 days closure of the factory for the Deepavali Festival.

The picket organize by the Executive Secretary of Conti-Sime Union Bro. V.Mathialagan and was attended the President of UNI-MLC Bro. Mohamed Shafie BP Mammal.
