The 1st Collective Agreement between Ikano Handel Sdn. Bhd. and IKANO Handel Workers Union Malaysia have signed the 1st CBA for the period of 1.05.2023 - 31.08.2026 on 22.05.2023 at IKEA Headquarters Damansara Kuala Lumpur.

Bro. Rajendra Acharya Regional Secretary of UNI-APRO and Datuk Mohamed Shafie BP Mammal President UNI-MLC witnessed the signing ceremony.
Bro. Rajendra Congratulated the Management of IKANO and the Union for the successful signing of the agreement for the period of three years. The success of this event came true because both parties practicing partnership Industrial Relations and Smart Partnership. Bro. Rajendra also expressed his appreciation to UNI-MLC for the advice and guidance to the union.
