Signing Ceremony of the Memorandum of Agreement between Maybank and Kesatuan Pengawal-Pengawal Keselamatan Malayan Banking (KPPPKMB)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Agreement was held at the Maybank Headquarters, Kuala Lumpur on the 30^th of May 2016 at 4pm. This Memorandum of Agreement is for the period of 1^st January 2015 to 31^st December 2017 and was signed between Maybank and Maybank Security Employees’ Union.

Maybank has agreed to reward their employees with some special clauses such as increment of salary across the board, increment of shift allowances, increment of dental and optic, medical, accident and life insurances among other benefits.

On behalf of the company, the Memorandum of Agreement was signed by Puan Nora Abd. Manaf, Group Chief Human Capital Officer of Maybank, Dato’ Ishak Hussin, Chief of Maybank Security and Mohd Suhail Amar Suresh, Head of Group Technology Maybank. On behalf of the union, the Memorandum of Agreement was signed by Mr Nasir Goneng, President of Maybank Security Employees’ Union and Mr Nazri Miswan, General Secretary of Maybank Security Employees’ Union

This ceremony was witnessed by Bro. Mohamed Shafie BP Mammal, the President of Union Network International-Malaysia Liaison Council (UNI-MLC).
