News from the Beverage Industry Executive Staff Union

 

The 5th Collective Agreement signing ceremony between Heineken Malaysia Berhad and the Beverage Industry Executive Staff Union was held on October 28, 2025, at the Grand Dorsett Subang.

Representatives from Heineken Malaysia Bhd were:

1. Mr. Martin Rene Van Keulen, Managing Director

2. Ms. Vistoria Ang Su Lim, Head of People Function

3. Ms. Renuka A/P V Indrarajah, Head of Corporate Affairs & Legal


Representatives from the Beverage Industry Executive Staff Union:

1. Mr. Fuzailan Bin Ehsan, President

2. Encik Rajamorganan Narunan, General Secretary

3. Encik Arumugam Alagan, Industrial Officer

4. Mr Pradeep Morton A/L Navaretnam, Assistant Secretary

5. Encik Sarawana A/L Subramaniam, HMB Worksite Committee

6. Encik Phua Hock Chuan, HMB Worksite Committee


Also Present:

Unit Leaders from AMESU, UBIW and KPPDPPDKS as well as Director of Affairs and Director of Human Resources for Heineken Malaysia Berhad. 

Datuk Mohamed Shafie BP Mammal, President of UNI-MLC witnessed the signing of this agreement and then gave congratulations to both parties on the success of signing the 5th joint agreement.
