Solidarity Meeting Between Hong Leong Bank Management And Hong Leong Bank Executive Union Together With UNI-MLC was held on 18 April 2025 at the Hong Leong Bank Headquarters.

 

The meeting was chaired by Mr. Kavin Lim, Head of Group Employee Relations & Governance, HRD – IR/ER Shared Service, Hong Leong Bank Berhad. The union delegation was led by Bro. Muthukumar A/L Vaithilingam, President of the Hong Leong Bank Executive Union, along with members of his Executive Committee.

The primary focus of the meeting was to create a Smart Partnership and build up a harmonious relationship between the Hong Leong Bank Management and the Hong Leong Bank Executive Union through the productive and meaningful discussions.

Datuk Mohamed Shafie BP Mammal, President of UNI-MLC, was also in attendance and expressed his sincere thanks to the Hong Leong Bank management for taking their precious time to attend this meeting to encourage union and appreciate the Union for the great initiative. He hoped that the collaboration between both parties will be sustained to ensure the mutual benefits and employees’ well-being in the near future.
