Government & Trilogi University

In order to enhance human resources competence, particularly in the field of occupational health and safety in ASEAN member countries, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed on the 8th September 2016 at the campus of Universitas Trilogi in Jakarta Indonesia among three parties; The Ministry of Manpower of Republic of Indonesia, Universitas Trilogi and Indonesian Workers Association (ASPEK) which is affiliated to ASETUC and UNI-APRO.

The signing ceremony was witnessed by Bro. Kun Wardana, the Director of UNI Apro-ICTS on behalf of Bro. Christopher Ng, founder of ASETUC and Regional Secretary of UNI-APRO and Brother Mohamed Shafie BP Mammal, General Secretary of ASETUC and President of UNI-MLC.

The MOU covers the following:-

  1. Creating and improving human resources quality in the field of OSH through formal and informal education and through publishing OSH Guideline books.
  2. Implementing shared efforts in order to encourage the implementation of OSH as the priority in every level of business activity.
  3. Improving the performance in the implementation of Occupational Safety and Health Management System (OSHMS) continuously to achieve the optimal level of Occupational Safety and Health System (OSHMS) and zero accident condition.
  4. Realizing the independency of OSH culture in Indonesian society year 2020 in order to guarantee the business stability and workers’ welfare.
  5. This MoU is valid for three (3) years and may be renewed upon agreement of all parties.
  6. In order to implement the points in this Memorandum of Understanding, they will be continued by making operational cooperation of each party.
