A one day Leadership Training
Workshop was conducted on the 17th August 2015, in Kuala Lumpur, for
the employees of AEON Big Unions Malaysia, consists of executive and non
executive onions. This workshop attended by 33 participants. The workshop as
conducted by UNI MLC and the guest speakers, Mr Takeharu Takahashi, Human
Resource General Affairs Officer of AEON Co and he presented on Philosophy of
AEON Big and Mr Kenji Nizuma President of Federation of AEON Group
Workers’, presented on Industrial
Relation and Philosophy of AEON Big.
Mr Takeshi Inagaki, General Manager
HR Division of AEON Asia Sdn Bhd presented certificate of participation to the
participants. Resolution of the workshop is to get together and work together
for good collaborative approach for better working environment between
employees and employers.
Bro Shafie, President of UNI MLC is
extremely happy and satisfied with the workshop and he said the workshop
managed to breakthrough many challenges and are on the road to recognition.
