DHL Global Forwarding Organizing Seminar

Penang, Malaysia

On the 11.11.2014, the DHL Global Forwarding Management Staff and Union Organized a joint seminar in Penang with the following purposes :-

1. To establish good labour relations

2. To strengthen the employer-employee relationship

3. To establish smart working partnership

The Union was represented by 17 Officials while 10 top Management Officials led by Mr. Rajasegaran, Senior Director of Human Resource were present at this Seminar.

Mr. Christopher Lim, Managing Director of DHL Global Forwarding delivered his keynote address and official opening speech followed by Bro. Mohamed Shafie, President of UNI MLC who spoke on "Working Towards Smart Partnership".

Mr. Rajasegaran Rajagopal, DHL Senior Director of Human Resource spoke about "the Key Success Factors" while Mr. Suresh Rukmangathan, Head of Operation touched on the "Operational Priorities". 

We were glad to receive the Mr. Christopher Lim who travelled all the way from Singapore to attend this Seminar.

This is a milestone for DHL in Malaysia and a structure where both parties agreed develop and work closely as a team.
